Andy Heller- Chief Executive Officer

Andrew Heller, ClearCube Technology co-founder, is a 30-year veteran of the computing industry. Heller is widely known for numerous technical and business achievements during his 23 years at IBM and as the founder of several successful businesses.

At IBM, Heller held a variety of technical and executive posts, including corporate director of advanced technology systems and general manager of the business unit responsible for the AIX operating system and the widely installed RISC System/6000 line of workstations and servers. For his technical achievements, he became the youngest person ever appointed to the prestigious post of IBM Fellow. He also served as a member of the IBM Executive Committee on Technology and the Executive Technical Review Board overseeing long-term technology commitments across IBM.

After IBM, Heller worked with startup companies as a consulting partner for Kleiner, Perkins, Caulfield and Byers, the Silicon Valley venture capital pioneer. He represented KPCB on several boards, including S3, Rambus and n-Chip. Most recently, he was chairman and chief executive officer of HAL Computer Systems, which was purchased by Fujitsu, Ltd. Heller was also the founding chairman of Network Translation Inc., an Internet security company acquired by Cisco Systems, as well as founding chairman of Smart Technologies, an Austin-based enterprise resource management software company.

Elliott Brackett – President and Founder

    Elliott has focused on the continued development of NexQL and moving the company from development phase to commercialization. Elliott has developed and launched numerous successful companies through creative marketing campaigns starting with small budgets and creating nationally and internationally recognized brand names. His experiences in finance, marketing and managing startups are critical to the market perception and acceptance of this new technology. He has crafted and led marketing and advertising campaigns for products that increased sales and market awareness while being profitable in the shortest possible time.

    Elliott is responsible for NexQL's market-centric approach to sales and marketing and is responsible for the search for additional executives with database and/or enterprise software experience to join NexQL as either CEO or President.

    Elliott, President and founder of WC Linden, Inc., an affiliated direct marketing company of consumer products with retail POS sales in excess of $100 million.

    Elliott purchased Lifetime Automotive Products, a manufacturer of patented windshield wipers out of bankruptcy in 1988. In 18 months, he grew sales from $250,000 annually to over $48 million dollars. Product sales to date are in excess of 50 million units with total retail sales in excess of $380 million.

    Elliott holds a BBA from Southern Methodist University.

David Cerf – Vice President of Sales & Business Development

    David's experience in corporate development stems from working hands-on in the growth of over 10 national and international ventures. David was co-founder of 360World, a leader in multimedia and imaging technologies that he grew to service several large media firms in over 50 cities. Clients included Cox Communication, United Advertising Publications, and Belo. David served as Managing Director of Trade Associates, an international development firm, where he was responsible to build new sales networks and local offices in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, growing sales to $30 million within the first two years. In the mid-eighties, David founded the Dallas Business Incubator, one of the first venture capital incubators and Dallas' first for encouraging the development of high-growth, start-up companies, that help to build over 50 firms from 1987 to 1990 and raised over $6 million in funding.
